Mr. Waage graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 1989. He received his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law, University of Pacific in Sacramento, California in 1993. While at McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Waage served on the Pacific Law Journal. He was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Writing & Research. Mr. Waage is licensed to practice in California, the District of Columbia, the state of Washington, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of California. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, Washington Bar Association, and California Bar Association’s sections on taxation.
