Eric A. Baggett is a Corporate and Estate Planning Attorney with the Strategic Law Group, PC. Mr. Baggett is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law in all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

Mr. Baggett holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo, where he graduated cum laude and President Honor’s List appointee. Mr. Baggett holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School Of Law. During law school he pursued an emphasis in corporate transactional law, and was the recipient of a Dean’s Scholarship Award.

Following law school, Mr. Baggett affiliated with a number of firms in the Southern California area, counseling individuals, start ups and established businesses on a variety of matters, including entity selection, entity formation, security issuance, organizational planning, tax planning, estate planning and labor law compliance.

Since joining the Strategic Law Group, PC, Mr. Baggett has focused his skills in the areas of tax and estate planning for business entities and high net worth individuals. Mr. Baggett has prepared estate plans and wealth transfer strategies of all varieties, including the preparation of living trusts, charitable trusts, irrevocable trusts, as well as the implementation of advanced multi-generational gifting strategies involving numerous limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and charitable foundations.

With a diversity of experience in corporate transactional law and estate planning, Mr. Baggett provides clients of the Strategic Law Group, PC the unique blend of sound tax planning advice founded on a broad base of corporate, financial and business knowledge.
